My Approach
My approach to coaching is rooted in the transformative power of understanding and reshaping your own inner narrative. I have a foundation in psychology and specialise training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and I am a student of Internal Family Systems Therapy
I provide a compassionate, supportive space where clients can explore and reframe their thoughts and relationships. My methods are tailored to empower predominantly female clients seeking self-discovery and personal growth. My Aim
1. Awareness of Self: This first phase is akin to studying the map and understanding the terrain before embarking on a hike. Together, we explore the various “parts” of yourself, identifying areas that require attention and understanding. This journey into self-awareness lays the foundation for profound personal insights
2. Acceptance of Self: Much like a hiker embracing the challenging parts of the trail, this step involves accepting all aspects of yourself. In this crucial phase, we focus on accepting these diverse “parts” of yourself. Through compassionate coaching, you’ll learn to embrace all aspects of your being, fostering self-love and reducing internal conflict.
3. Inner Freedom: Having traversed the path and reached the summit, you can now enjoy the panoramic views and freedom that come with self-discovery. By fully understanding and accepting each part of your “Self,” we pave the way to inner freedom. This final step empowers you to live authentically and joyously, unburdened by past limitations and open to new possibilities.
What Is Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)
I incorporate Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) as a cornerstone of my transformative approach to personal growth and healing. NLP is a powerful tool that helps reprogram your mind to overcome mental barriers and embrace positive change, allowing you to achieve your fullest potential.
NLP focuses on the connection between neurological processes, language, and behavioural patterns learned through experience. By understanding and changing these patterns, NLP enables you to alter your thoughts and behaviors to create a more fulfilling life. It’s about transforming your inner dialogue and reshaping your mindset to foster resilience, happiness, and success.
In our sessions, I will utilise various NLP techniques, such as modeling, anchoring, and reframing, to help you understand and transform your mental and emotional landscape. IFS focuses on the concept that our mind is made up of multiple sub-personalities or “parts,” each with its own perspective and qualities. By identifying and working with these parts, IFS enables you to foster self-compassion, heal from past traumas, and create a more balanced and fulfilling life. It’s about integrating these parts into a harmonious whole, reshaping your inner world to promote resilience, happiness, and success.
In our sessions, I will utilise various IFS techniques, such as identifying protector parts, working with exiles, and nurturing the Self, to help you understand and transform your mental and emotional landscape. These methods are designed to help you heal internal conflicts, improve your self-awareness, and build stronger, healthier relationships.
